Training uses the Operations Manual, live instruction, and handouts (FDD Item 11). Install craft for window tint and paint protection is supported separately: affiliated manufacturer Glacier Manufacturing supplies window tint and paint protection training and related training materials with the opening inventory (FDD Item 5).
What happens during on-the-job training?
Item 11 allocates the 25 on-the-job hours across most of the same subjects as the classroom hours, and all of it happens before opening.
- The hours are allocated subject by subject in the Item 11 table, alongside the classroom hours
- They are completed before you open: you may not open until you, or your Managing Owner, and your Operations Manager have completed initial training (FDD Item 11)
