For our franchisees: Franchisees buy window film, application tools and other designated shop items from affiliated manufacturer Glacier Manufacturing, currently the exclusive supplier of those items under FDD Item 8.

How do Polar Tint franchisees get customers?
Through local marketing: each franchisee pays a local marketing fee to affiliate Frostbite Marketing, which provides local marketing, advertising, and promotion for the shop within its Designated Territory (FDD Items 6 and 11). The Brand Marketing Fund is separate: Polar Tint administers it and may use it, at its discretion, for national and/or regional consumer advertising, with no guarantee that any franchisee benefits directly or in proportion to its contribution (FDD Item 11).
Frostbite Marketing
Affiliated companyWhat it is: The affiliate that provides marketing services to the Polar Tint franchise system (FDD Item 1), a full-service digital marketing agency.
For our franchisees: Frostbite Marketing provides local marketing, advertising, and promotion for each franchisee's shop, funded by the local marketing fee, and that spend may go to local online and digital marketing within the franchisee's Designated Territory (FDD Items 6 and 11). It is also the required supplier for grand opening marketing (FDD Items 5 and 8).

How is a Polar Tint franchise financed?
Financing is a set of third-party paths buyers pursue themselves: SBA 7(a) through Polar Tint's SBA Franchise Directory listing (not an SBA endorsement), ROBS, HELOC, and conventional loans. Polar Tint does not offer direct or indirect financing (FDD Item 10).
U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
What it is: The federal agency that backs small-business lending, including the widely used SBA 7(a) loan program.

For our franchisees: Every part of the Polar Tint franchise system — the service stack, the training, the playbooks — comes from these operating shops, so franchisees join a brand with a real customer-facing track record behind it.
Kiffor Investment Group
Affiliated companyWhat it is: The company through which controlling interests in affiliate LV Pro Tint, LLC were purchased (FDD Item 1).
For our franchisees: Through that purchase, Kiffor Investment Group is connected to the Las Vegas-area Polar Tint shops that the franchise system is built on, which affiliate LV Pro Tint, LLC runs. It is not a parent of Polar Tint LLC; the FDD discloses no parents (FDD Item 1).

What software runs a Polar Tint shop day to day?
Every Polar Tint franchisee uses the computer, point-of-sale, business-management, and ordering systems Polar Tint designates, so the system can support shops consistently across the network. The point-of-sale and computer system is a separate purchase (FDD Items 7 and 11); the monthly technology fee covers Polar Tint’s designated technology package, such as the local consumer website, marketing web portal, plotter software, Google Workspace, and accounting software (FDD Items 6 and 11).
