How do I apply for a Polar Tint franchise?

Apply at polartintfranchise.com/apply by filling out a four-step intake form covering contact, target market, capital position, and franchise experience. Qualified applicants get a response within one business day from the Polar Tint development team. The standard timeline is Day 1 intake review, Week 1 discovery call, Week 2 FDD delivery (14-day federal review period required), and Weeks 3-4 decision while you arrange your own financing.

Polar Tint LLC is listed on the SBA Franchise Directory, so qualified buyers can pursue SBA 7(a) financing.

Step 3 of 4 — Capital position

Polar Tint is listed on the SBA Franchise Directory, so qualified buyers can pursue SBA 7(a) financing; the SBA and the lender set the equity injection. Polar Tint does not offer direct or indirect financing (FDD Item 10). Honorably discharged veterans and first responders receive 25% off the initial franchise fee (FDD Item 5).

What happens after you apply

The 4-week timeline.

  1. Day 1

    Intake

    We review your application within one business day. If your target territory is open and your capital position fits the range, we schedule the discovery call.

  2. Week 1

    Discovery call

    30–45 minute call. We walk through the business model, available territories, financing pathways, and your specific situation. No pressure: nothing is signed on the call, and any franchise agreement comes only after FDD delivery and the 14-day review period.

  3. Week 2

    FDD delivery

    If both sides decide to proceed, Polar Tint delivers the Franchise Disclosure Document. Under the FTC Franchise Rule, you must receive it at least 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement with, or make any payment to, Polar Tint or an affiliate.

  4. Week 3–4

    Decision + funding

    After the 14-day review period, applicants who decide to proceed, and whom Polar Tint approves, sign the Franchise Agreement. If you use SBA 7(a) or other lender financing, you arrange it with your lender; Polar Tint does not offer direct or indirect financing (FDD Item 10).
