Six revenue lines, one location

Automotive window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coating, commercial window film, residential window film, and wraps & print. Different customers, different seasons, the same install team and the same square footage.

A protected territory

Your Designated Territory is drawn around the site Polar Tint approves and written into the franchise agreement. It is protected but not exclusive: while your agreement is in effect and you are not in default, Polar Tint will not open or franchise another Polar Tint location inside it, subject to the rights it reserves (FDD Item 12).

65 hours of training

40 hours of classroom instruction, then 25 hours of on-the-job training, delivered at our Henderson, NV HQ, virtually, or another location we designate. Training terms are detailed in Item 11 of the FDD.

Polar Tint appears in the U.S. Small Business Administration's Franchise Directory (not an SBA endorsement), which is the first thing many SBA lenders check when they review a franchise loan application.

Built on shops operating since 2015

The system is based on affiliate-owned Las Vegas shops that have operated since 2015 (as Pro Tint USA, rebranded to Polar Tint in 2024). FDD Item 1 describes those businesses as similar to the franchise being offered.

There is no single ideal candidate for an automotive franchise — the patterns below cover both sides, honestly.

Usually a fit

You can fund the full initial investment disclosed in the FDD with capital that is genuinely available, not projected.
You intend to run the location yourself, or to hire and manage a full-time operator you have already thought about.
You are targeting a specific market and you are willing to hear that it is already awarded.
You want a trade business with installers, inventory, and a shop — not a laptop business.
You are a car enthusiast who wants that interest to drive a real business, not a weekend hobby — Polar Tint is a hands-on operating franchise you run yourself or manage closely.

Usually not a fit

You are looking for something passive that runs without you.
Your capital is contingent on selling something, raising something, or a partner who has not agreed yet.
You want financial performance figures outside the FDD. Polar Tint’s financial performance representations are disclosed only in FDD Item 19, which covers the two affiliate-owned Las Vegas-area shops.
You want the whole country. Territories are awarded one market at a time.
