No Manhattan territory is mapped today, because New York is not open for Polar Tint franchise development yet. If and when it opens, a Manhattan territory would be a Designated Territory mapped around the approved location and recorded in the franchise agreement, with the boundary defined after the site is approved. It is not exclusive (FDD Item 12).
