If and when it opens, a Downtown DC territory would be a Designated Territory mapped around the approved location and recorded in the franchise agreement, with the boundary defined after the site is approved. It is not exclusive (FDD Item 12).
The closest other District of Columbia cities with Polar Tint territory pages are Washington (about 1 mile), Northwest One (about 1 mile), and Mount Vernon Triangle (about 1 mile), measured in a straight line between city centers.
