First wave profiles coming soon
We're in the process of awarding the first wave of Polar Tint franchises. Operator profiles will live here once units are built out — background, market chosen, build-out timeline, and a candid Q&A with each owner about why Polar Tint over alternative concepts.
In the meantime, the 2026 FDD lists every current franchisee in Items 20–21, available on request to qualified applicants. You can also talk directly to development.
Full-time, hands-on involvement in the first 24 months. Polar Tint isn't designed as a passive investment.
2
Capital + liquidity
$50K–$80K of liquid capital and a credit profile that qualifies for SBA 7(a) or commercial financing for the remaining $80K–$200K.
3
Local market presence
Existing professional or social network in the target territory. The first 100 customers come from word-of-mouth in months 2–4.
4
Trade-skill background — bonus
Prior automotive aftermarket experience (detail shops, paint and body, dealership F&I, military mechanics) shortens the operating-cadence learning curve, but isn't required — the 65-hour training program is designed for owners without trade background.
